ClickShare Hub Now Supports Wireless BYOD

Barco has introduced Wireless Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) for ClickShare Hub, giving Microsoft Teams Rooms the flexibility to support Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, and otherconferencing platforms from a user’s laptop.

Simply plug in the ClickShare Button, launch your preferred meeting application, and automatically connect to the room’s display, camera, microphone, and speakers—without changing room settings or reconnecting cables. Wireless BYOD is designed for today’s hybrid workplace, making it easy to:

  • Join meetings on any major video conferencing platform
  • Support guest-hosted meetings with their own laptops
  • Handle last-minute room changes without disruption
  • Maintain a consistent meeting experience while reducing IT support requests
